The Conceptual Health Certified Practitioner credential is the primary professional pathway. The Master's and Doctoral programs are research-track. Auditors are welcome in any course where space remains.

CH-CP™

Certified Practitioner.

A six-month cohort credential for working clinicians. Online instruction with one residency week in Destin. Earn-by-exam at the end. The fastest route into eight-axis practice.

Two cohorts per year. Fall opens Aug 25; spring opens Jan 19.

Residency

Required residency week mid-cohort. Destin, Florida.

Earn by

Comprehensive exam covering all eight axes plus integration.

MD/DO/RN

Eligibility

Working clinical license preferred. Other licensures considered.

MSCH

Master of Science in Conceptual Health.

An eighteen- to twenty-four-month research-bridging master's. Required for entry into the doctoral program. Includes a thesis defended publicly. Cohort plus advisor mentorship.

18–24 mo

Duration

Two-year default; eighteen months for accelerated track.

Thesis

Required

Eight-axis depth, advisor-supervised, publicly defended.

Bachelor's

Prerequisite

Bachelor's degree in any field. Health-adjacent preferred.

PhD

Doctor of Philosophy.

A four- to five-year research doctorate. Funded stipend. Dissertation defended publicly. Faculty placement track is the primary outcome.

4–5 yr

Coursework first two years; dissertation in the rest.

MSCH

Prerequisite

MSCH or equivalent. Master's-degree-with-thesis equivalents accepted.

Audit

Open enrollment.

Audit individual courses with full transcript and no degree. CME-eligible for clinicians. The fastest way to read the syllabus without committing to a cohort.

Application

How to apply.

Application opens 90 days before each cohort. We require a CV, a one-page personal statement, and one letter from a clinical or academic reference. PhD candidates additionally submit a research proposal. Decisions within 45 days of application close.
