Apply
Begin.
Fall 2026 cohort.
Applications for the Fall 2026 inaugural cohort open May 27 and close June 30. Decisions issued by August 14. The application is short, the standards are real, and the founding cohort is deliberately small.
Application
What to send.
Every application requires a CV, a one-page personal statement, and one letter from a clinical or academic reference. PhD candidates additionally submit a 1,500-word research proposal. There is no application fee for the Fall 2026 inaugural cohort.
Process
What happens next.
Applications are reviewed by the admissions committee for completeness, then forwarded to the appropriate school's faculty committee for academic review. Shortlisted candidates are invited to a 30-minute video interview. Decisions are issued in writing on the published timeline.
Tuition & funding
What it costs.
PhD candidates receive a funded stipend covering tuition and living for the duration of the program. MSCH and CH-CP tuition is published on the admissions page; need-based aid is available. Audit fees are per course.
Eligibility
Who can apply.
CH-CP requires a working clinical license (MD, DO, RN, NP, PA, or equivalent). MSCH requires a bachelor's degree. PhD requires an MSCH or thesis-bearing master's. International applicants welcome; English proficiency requirement applies.
